    Led implementation of the four-stage Intergroup Dialogue (IGD) model across five Bachelor of Social Work courses. Developed syllabi integrating IGD principles to strengthen faculty capacity and enhance students’ skills in navigating difficult conversations related to social identities and equity.
  • NACADA Emerging Leaders Program Fellowship
    $1,500 Professional Development Award
    Selected for a national leadership development program designed to increase representation and prepare members from underrepresented groups for elected and appointed leadership roles within NACADA.

  • Student Outreach Clinic
